mail PR card

When I did the landing, the officer wouldn’t accept my address since it’s a friend’s address. He told me that once I have a physical address in Canada, I can fill out a form online and they will mail the card to that address.

Does anyone know the web address I can fill out such a form? Or a fax number I can fax my address to them?

Sounds like the immigration officer was just taking the piss as its a common practice for new immigrants to provide friends' and family's addresses for their PR cards to be posted to.
