Mail or courier PNP nominee to CIC?

I just realized there is only a mailing address to a P.O box on my bf's PNP nomination letter to send his PR application to.

I am having a hard time finding the courier address for the PNP nominees to send their PR application to

However there is a courier address for people applying under the Federal Skilled Trades Program

So can PNP applications for PR be couriered or do they have to be mailed to the P.O box provided. If we can courier the application do we send it to the address posted for the Federal Skilled Trades Program.

We would much rather courier it because then we know it had been placed in someones hand and it will get there much faster.
