made a mistake.now what?

i have sent my application and i have seen from the tracking number that is received by Missisauga!but today i realised i have made a mistake.I am the sponsor of my husband.İ enclosed the IMM5406(addıtıonal famıly ınformatıon) and IMM5669 Schedule A Backround declaraatıon but only one tıme thınkıng that these poınts apply only for my husband(the prıncıpal applıcant).As someone told me today ı should have fılledthem twıce one for hımas ı dıd.and one for me.so what can ı do now?do you thınk they wış turn back my applıcatıon?or they wıll just tell me to send addıtıonally these 2 forms?

Someone on the forum was recently saying that they sent an outdated version of a particular application form (as you know, you are supposed to use the latest version of the form at the time of submission). They received an email asking them to submit that particular form. I can't remember exact details to point you to the post. The poster was wondering if they would be put back at the end of the queue or retain their filing date...

Who told you that you, as a sponsor, need to fill out form 5569 and 5406? They are wrong, those forms are only to be filled by the applicant (your husband).

ohhh!!!a frıend of mıne saıd that CIC sent her message and asked these forms addıtıonaly form her and from her husband(she ıs the prıncıpal applıcant and her husband the sponsor).ı thought same as you thats why ıd dıdnt ınclude ıt twıce but today ı gor scared.

that what ı am afraıd too.ın case of mıstake wıll the process be delayed?because ok we can send whatever they ask addıtıonally at any tıme

As said above, those forms are not required to be filled out by the sponsor.

agree with the other posters. the sponsor is not required to submit these forms.

every application is unique, so if your friend got a request for more information after sending in the application, you can't assume the same will happen to you or you "made a mistake" on the application specific to your situation. You do not know the circumstances for this request, or if your friend is giving you accurate information. It's important to remember when going through this process no two applications are the same or will be processed exactly the same way.

If all forms were submitted per the checklist guidelines, and the most recent versions of the forms were used, there is little chance an application will be considered incomplete and sent back.
