You just need to be patient. Keep an eye on your online WES account, they'll update it according to their progress.
The guideline is 20 days, but it can be longer depending on your credentials, university, country etc (I received my assessment report after 35 days).
WES is one of the most popular organisations assessing education credentials for immigration purposes, so they are very busy, and not very responsive via email or web form. You'll get what you need, just set your expectations right, waiting is always difficult.
