What about question # 8 (personal History) Schedule A form, If we study in a institue for four years and at the same time we did another short course in evening so what we should write here ?single activity would be sufficient or i have to write both activities in sequence ?
- write only Anx. No. in q.no.8
- use the additional paper for Anx.
- make the same table in Anx. like in the form
- write the Anx. no ,main applicant name, form no, q.no. on the top of the additional paper
- you can repeat the dates for double activity but in adjacent boxes.
- no gaps even of single month.
- use standard words like unemployment not like "spent time at home"
- also mention "vacations" during waiting results.
- not last ten years, start from age 18.
