Thanks sis for that... ;D

I am very concern now though. I've received e-mail today from my VO saying that the Med Section cannot find record of having received MR for the kids. I have contacted DMP (as they asked) and they have given me the tracking details and they also said that it is very strange that they only have the MR for the adults as they always send the MR for a family together and they never separate them. Unfortunately the MR were sent by RM and no by e-mail as one of the receptionist said to us (they only do so for Australia) so no chance of the Med Section to have a copy in the inbox... :'( :'( :'(
I have sent the info back to my VO and I m now waiting for reply....

Not sure what this is gonna do to our application. I suppose worst case scenario we will have to repeat MR for the kids which will be an extra £285 + travel costs (that would really suck...)

I guess I'll just need to wait and see......

Got my 2nd line on 24-9-12...whats next....thanks

I am so sorry to hear your plight Yolanda....There's something about our DMP.... I guess Sabu had his medical there and they messed his x-ray... In your case they seemed to have misplaced your results... In my case DMP failed to include serum creatinine in the initial array of tests... They're comparatively cheap and very pleasant and all... Are they efficient? I seriously doubt it... I am sorry it doesn't add anything to comfort you... I just wish the IMS somehow managed to find your reports... Good luck!

Hi Tim,

Thank you for your words. I think Sabu may have used another DMP as I think she lives in Scotland. In any case, it seems that there's been more than one issue with MRs at the bridge clinic since you had one too. Don't know about any one else who had use them. They are also new to the Canadian Medical thing as they were not on the DMP list last year if I'm correct. I hope it won't cause too much delay to my application. They were very adamant that they send family MRs always together to avoid any problem and they did have in the system as a whole, yet if they forgot to put the kids MRs that really shows some inefficiency , how hard can it be to check that 5 MRs are included before posting.....
I just hope the Med Section had misplaced them and can find them.
What happened in your case with the missing results. Did they have to do a new test? Did you have to pay again for it even that it was not your mistake?
Hope everything goes smooth for you now.....best of luck

Hi Yolanda!

I stand corrected about Sabu's case... Yes, I did have to pay for the tests and postage... When you've hypertension DMP would usually include serum creatinine... But in my case he didn't and that was reason for my medical furtherance...

Dear Forum Members,
I have been asked to submit following form once again,

New Schedule A/Background Declaration form for yourself and each family member over the age of 18 - Please ensure that all months and years since the age of 18 are accounted for, including no gaps. The previously submitted forms contained gaps.

Please give me clues of possible mistakes any one could make while filing this form, this form is on my nerves now as i have to fill it third time now.

Thanks Tim for the info, I was under the impression that it was the Med Section that would ask for extra test if they thought required. I suppose it would save time if they did the extra test as required under certain conditions. In any case I hope LVO checks your extra test quickly and does not delay your application too much.
We had planed to land March 2013 if we get visas before that date so still got a few months. I would really land tomorrow if I could but rental agreement ends on March so kind of tide up in there.....

Anyways, good luck and smooth processing...

Hi,

I got the same request. On the new forms it asks last 10 years or form the age of 18 whichever comes first but apparently it's a typo because that's not the LVO requirement. They need the forms with personal history from 18. We did for the past 10 years and were asked to submit again without gaps. Just make sure there is no gap between dates and that all the info is from the age of 18.
Good luck and wish you smooth processing...
