+1 for this post. Thanks for putting things in their perspective. I wish more of us here had this knack and would refrain from making a mockery of all that we stand for.
The post wasn't meant for you to start throwing stones my friend. Take it in the spirit it was given and lets draw a line under this. We are ALL entitled to an opinion. Let's start again ok?

There would be no way i would have went near the Olympics unless it was a freebee. I take your valid point about the corporate bull*censored word*. It is a disgrace and is symtomatic of the way in which sponsors take the you know what. That said it is a fine arena and the organisation was top class. As a sports fan i have been to loads of arenas ranging from Gaelic Football, Football, Hockey etc. The stadium is up there with others. Not a bad seat in the house.
Irish medals accrued at boxing and hopefully a couple of golds on the way. Aussie athletes have been poor my friend. Institute of sport is not churning them out like they used to. You better win the Ashes R. You do not want to see the gloating English smug expression when you open your aussie gob in London.

I hope to be in Canada before the Ashes so as to avoid that encounter. Australia seem to be in a slump at the moment. Really not looking forward to the inaugral Rugby Championship which starts pretty soon. QC still hasn't properly come back from his world cup and his injury and it could be a bit of a bashing by the All Blacks and the Bokke, maybe even the Argies if things carry on for Australia sport as they are at the moment >:(

He translated the Quran into English. I have already said I am stopping due to the offense some are taking by questions of religion so I am not going to comment any further.

Good to see Argentina have a home at last. Some great players and they can only get better. Cooper is one of those guys you you love if he's in your team but hate if he isn't. Not a patch though on Campese for stirring things. ;D

Australia will come good R. Form is temporary but class is permanent.

Didn't love him in the world cup. He lost all his razza matazz from the Super 15 and looked like a fool in his world cup games.

Will be good to see the Argies start to improve as they play in the Rugby Championship just like Italy. They were no where near the team they are now when they weren't playing the in the 6 nations. I just hope it isn't any Aussie scalp they get first.

I am extremely jealous right now. As I have said numerous times, the UK holds no interest to me now what so ever, the fact that I am still stuck here is beyond irritating.

I am pretty sure the fact that I am in such a mental state with the UK that it is making this immigration wait feel so much longer than what it actually is.
