Hi I lived bangkok thailand 15 July 2020 visitor visa refused i apply for judicial review after 8 months my application accepted at the same time department of justice discontinue and offer settlement and also indicate in letter re determind by different visa officer no cost pay etc on 8 Feb 2021 this I got I check my email regularly and ircc account as well I see its changed to application profile updated and again after 1 or 1/2 hour change to refused and when I go inside that action there show your visa was refused on 15 July 2020 and some time its show background processing completed on date 8 may 2020 this message show me many times more then 10 time I see and for application profile updated once I see on Saturday mid night so my qustion is it good sign or ircc working on my application is this happend to anyone am confused as I discuss with my lawyer to inquiry about it he told me to wait little more I can understand its covid19 situation worldwide but guys please guide me about this help me thanks.
