Hello, I am planning to apply under EE soon. I just recently calculated my CRS and it came out to 417. I am currently unmarried, 21 years old and living in Canada under a post-graduation work permit (that expires late 2019). I graduated from a college in Ontario (2 year program). I have completed 1 year of skilled work (NOC B) IN Canada, and have finished my IELTS and received an overall average score of 7. I would like to know if there is anyway I could increase my score before applying for EE in the very near future. Thank you very much.

Try improving your IELTS score. Having 8 in Listening and 7 each in other three modules gives you extra points that will probably guarantee your ITA in next draw.

Thank you very much! Do you think that increasing my IELTS scores will probably be the fastest option? Only asking because my PGWP expires late 2019.

Yes, the fastest and easiest way to improve your score is to improve your English skills. You get a lot of extra points for exceeding CLB thresholds (especially beyond CLB9, which for IELTS is 8 in reading and 7 in W/S/L). If you are currently in Canada, you can try the CELPIP instead of the IELTS if you want to try something different. I highly recommend studying and practicing your writing and speaking skills with native speakers.
