Could someone tell me of a good publicly funded college in Toronto. I'm a Mexican student planning to immigrate to Canada as a foreign student. I'm looking for a low cost school.
Actually, I'm kind of lost, don't even know where to start.

Its better to apply to a university, increases your visa chances.

still i no found a govt. funded college in canada special in toronto where tutuion fee less then 12000 CAD per year.
