you can apply for ONE YEAR POST GRADUATE CERTIFICATE PROGRAM

Not at all.I have a plan to sit for GRE and try for the USA but as my husband is living in Canada so I am looking forward to doing masters there.
You cant get Masters with your CGP and GRE wont help either,,,,best option is to first go for 1 year PG Program

You will probably have a better chance of getting into a US program given the large number of schools. Even with a good GRE score your GPA will remain a problem and you will unlikely get funding.

Okay

But one of my friends went to the USA at Georgia Southern University with funding. Her CGPA was 2.81 & GRE (Verbal-145,Quan-155).She suggested me to try for it.:)
