My ielts (academic)over all score is 6
Listening-7
Reading-6
Writing-4.5
Speaking-6
Am I eligible to apply for any diploma programme.

The minimum IELTS requirement is 6 with no band less than 5.5 and since yours is university it will be better if you could retake your IELTS

I would highly recommend you get at least a 6 in writing.

You should strive to get at least 6 in each category.

If u r going for diploma after +2 then u need:
6 bands minimum overall and 5.5 band in each module.

And if u r going for pg diploma after graduation then u need:-
6.5 bands minimum overall and 6 band in each module
