Hiya everyone! A bit quiet here lately.... I'll try to get the ball rolling again I guess. Goldenkagi reporting in!

Saturday night, I was wrestling with iTunes. I kept trying to pre-order the One Direction charity single and it kept telling me to try again later. After midnight, when it was finally officially 17 Feb 2013 freaking Sunday iTunes let me just buy it. So I have One Way or Another (Teenage Kicks) <<[what a mouthful] on all my iThings. And I have it on repeat. Sue me.

We also had my mum's birthday brunch at a hotel buffet today. I ate too much. For dinner I had a cup of non-fat milk and all my medication. I then went to the kitchen to microwave my hot pack. I went back in the room to M who's on Skype, and I totally forgot my hot pack. I feel a bit dizzy too. Which I all attribute to being drugged.

Okay time to end this post. I'm sorry for all the suffering I had to put you through. And we all thought CIC was cruel.

Busy weekend for me. Since I got my PPR at the point in time when we were expecting Stage 2 AOR, (hope everybody gets as fast results too), I'd done almost nothing in the way of sorting and packing so I started on that Friday. Never realized how much crap I actually had

We just got home from our min-cation. We were going to stay until this afternoon - I think my hubby had plans to take me into the park for some nature time (love it!) but he woke up early this morning. Weather changed. Roads were freezing over and we needed to get going. And the roads were icy. We almost found out the hard way. Saw a police car (I think from Baldwin, AB but I'm not sure of the names.... something like that...lol) in a ditch!

I have decided I'm taking my hiking boots on any adventure from now on. EVERY adventure! My husband gets 'great ideas' that involve climbing a mountain of snow or hiking a cliff. Not suitable for my everyday comfy shoes.

But... we had a Jacuzzi. It was a good trip!
