I love my cast iron pans because they can go into the oven, so I can get a quick crispy outside, then bake the inside....... hehehe.

Sink, hot water, and copper scrubby. Usually need the oven mitt too. I almost clean them while they're still hot. They are heavy, so for the medium-large sized ones, two hands all the way to the empty sink and lean them in.

Mrs Parker is practicing because now that their journey through immigration is over... They are thinking of little Parkers and getting lots of knitting in! And yes Mrs Parker i know your waiting... But you still get to knit!
