My parents appeared for fingerprinting in Ahmedabad India in February. We finally got request to submit passport. At the time of fingerprinting they had availed lounge service. This service is supposed to include two way courier. When I went to https://vfs-cic.mioot.com/forms/PS// to fill out the details to arrange for the pickup. It is not accepting the tracking id from the lounge receipt. Has anyone faced this problem? How did you solve it?
