I came back to Canada to renew my PR card that expired on the 2nd of January of 2013. I also have plans to continue living in the country and I am looking for a job.
I applied for the citizenship in 2011. I was given a RQ, provided them with the papers they asked and so far I don't have any replies from them.
I sent the papers to renew the PR card by courier and the tracking doc says they received the package on Dec. 28. 2012.
The thing is that until last month I could see online that my citizenship status was "in process". But the last couple of weeks I've been trying to check it and it says that they are unable to find my information
Have you ever heard anything like that? I am sure I am writing down the correct information. I don't understand
Please let me now your opinion.
