I've completed my 3 years in Canada and is about to apply for citizenship. But I can't find my Record of Landing (ROL). I downloaded the Application Form (IMM5009), Supplementary Form (IMM5541) and Payment Form (IMM5542B). My question is: Do I need to fill it up for each member of my family individually and pay $30 each to get the certified copy of ROL? OR, Can I just fill up 1 set of form with my family members name in it and pay just $30 for it? Please note that I live with my wife and only son. Thanks!
