Lost PR Status

Hi, In 2017 I lost my PR status, because I could not meet the time limit required to stay in Canada. Since then all my family (wife and 3 daughters became Canadian), what are my options:

1. Reapply from scratch or
2. Apply through family or spouse sponsorship?

As long as your spouse lives in Canada and can show she can support her family without government help then family sponsorship is the best option.
