My gut is telling me to get this replaced ASAP vs spending time looking for it as I assume PR Card replacements are delayed along with everything else. I would hate to get called up for my test or something and have to reschedule and wait for a PR card. September 2019 applicant, no movement since January....is the general consensus that this is what to do? It would probably be faster if I kept looking but no guarantee I'm going to find it!
