LOST PASSPORT AND 2 DEPOST SLIPS...PLZZZZ HELPPPPPPPPP

i deposited canada study visa fees in this branch of standard chartered bank, Pakistan

But today i lost my passport and Two deposit slips.
I Can get new passport after 5 days.(urgent)
Can i get these two deposit slips?
Because i slip is send to CIC candian embassy islamabad.

You have to resubmit the application fees. Because you lost the proof (yellow slip) that you have submitted the fees and the bank will not take into consideration your case because you have no proof that you have submitted fees. Green slip was meant for the CHC, Islamabad.

You'll have to get a police report to indicate that your passport was lost/stolen. I had a passport lost in the US, and I got a police report from the Brooklyn police department where I reported the loss. I submitted this police report with my Study Permit application. Luckily, I had kept a photocopy of my passport as well as a photocopy of my US J-1 visa stamped on it, so I submitted both of them with my application as well. Do you have a photocopy of the lost passport?

It'll be best if you can retrace your steps and find the lost passport ... or did you lose it in a public place (like I did)?

Also, you can pay an urgent fee and get a new passport in five days ... the fee is Rs. 4,000, I think.

yes i have photocopies of my passport.

standard charterd bank can trace my deposit fees because they write a passport number on these slips.

what type of documents i will show to the bank and they will issue me new slips and clear my application fee records?

I don't think the bank will bother much about it. Once I lost a cash deposit slip and despite repeated requests the bank didn't paid any heed because they told me that they process 100s of files each day and it is a grueling task to check their logbook. If you have any references in the bank it might help. Otherwise you have lost your money. You need to resubmit the processing fees.

You should immediately apply for a new passport. You should attach the FIR issued by the Police Station of your lost passport and a copy of your old passport with your application.
