lost my job is that effect my application process?please help guys thank u

i'v applied for the federal skilled workers "point system" in the 5th march 2009 as a single after a month and half i got the file number with a sheet sais if there is any changes in my martial status ,they send me back a document requests regarding my wife i did all of that then i send it back after two months.it still not under procces yet ,but my question is iv lost my job now but my work permit still available till next beggining of septembre2010 and i don't know if that will effect the proccessing of my application with my wife ??? ???

If you have lost the job, that simply does not effect the processing under FSW-1. If you had applied in any other category that was your job dependent then I can not comment
