But that's when Buffalo transferred them. That's why I started the spreadsheet to find out and help others figure out how long it might be.
As for the charges, considering he wasn't arrested or anything, I'd say he's okay. It's not like he killed someone or was a drug lord or anything LOL
I am not listed on the Spreadsheet for Transfer....
My application was sent to Buffalo in May 5, 2011, and sometime in May or June to LA. I did not find out until Aug that it had been transferred, and upon further investigation by my MP, found out that the original PPR was supposedly sent June 30, 2011...It was not very long from transfer to approval...now this is all before Buffalo closed so that likely has something to do with it...

It is so nice to have other people here sharing the same experience. It makes it a bit easier. I do have a quick question. When I received my completed police clearance record I noticed there was a mistake made in my last name (r switched for a b). I figured my birthday and social security were correct, so I sent it in with my application hoping for the best. Does anyone here know if that will be a problem? Would you suggest requesting another police record just in case since it takes a whole 6 weeks?
