Does anyone know a good lawyer in Toronto to appeal spousal sponsorship cases ?

I know one that helped during my case. He is Johnson Babalola of Babalola Odeleye. I do no have his number but if you Google his name you will see his contact. He is very savy with sponsorship and immigration issues. Good luck.

For my work permits and PR application, this firm handled my case: Green and Speigel. They are located in downtown Toronto. They did a great job, I didn't have to do or know anything. I was completely oblivious to the whole process. The problem is that they are really expensive. My employer hired them so it wasn't a big deal. But when it was time for my wife, I did it all on my own. But if you are really desperate for a top lawyer in Toronto, they are worth a look.

Yes, good point! I didn't realize they had an office in Toronto. I thought they were all Montreal based.

I don't recall exactly how much. It might have been like $7K or so for a basic PR application. I'm sure it will be much higher for a complex case. It was very expensive, that is the thing I remember for sure!
