Looking for House on Rent in Vancouver Area (Range $800)

I am looking for a rental acommodation in vancouver area. My budget is $800.

I will be greatful if anyone can refer me any property. Am ok with basement also but the property reach to downtown and skytrain station is must.

Already checked surrey... looking for another options.
