Looking for help & guidance on how to apply Super Visa for my in laws (my wife mother and father their ages is 70+)

We are a protected person (family) inside Canada and just had a new born baby in Canada.
We wanted to call our in laws parents on a supervisor so they can come here and support my wife and to look after bit our new born. its been 4 year we haven't meet.

We both are working and have +$100K house hold income , plus we have our own house in Canada. Please advise the chances of their visa approval , also explain and provide a list of supporting documents and things which is must to support their supper visa application and make their case stronger.
Both of my wife parents age is +70 they were based in Pakistan.

looking for in details guidance , list of supporting plus additional documents which can make their case stronger and if possible , which month i should apply Jan 2025 or Feb 2025.
Also need bit details on super visa insurance requirement of ircc and check list before buying it.

They don’t qualify for a supervisa.

You need to be either a PR or a Citizen. A protected person can not sponsor a super visa.

Since the grandparents have US visa, so alternatively, OP can apply for their US visas so that they can support each other in the US as a plan B.

That is the only option. Chances of denial tend to be higher. Given their recent asylum claim will likely be even more difficult because there will have concerns that parents may also claim asylum. No harm in trying but OP should be prepared that parents visiting may not be possible. Being a protected person or refugee has serious longterm consequences.
