i don’t have job offer..hopefully i can find work but that’s the thing that i don’t have legal status.. i would like to ask if still possible for me to apply in canada even if i dont have legal status?
You have to review the eligibility requirements. Only Canadian experience qualifies anyways so if you have a job offer, then your work experience isn’t counted.

It will be difficult to get a work permit approved for Canada if you are living in a country without status.

Hi if you are asylum seeker in that country ircc won’t allow but if you go back your home country then do work and apply. Another option if you can find in ca Private sponsor for you then possible .
Hope you clear . Still can suggest you can make 40 minutes initial consultation with RCIC FOR better clarification
