I sent cse to LVO. The following are their reply:

Thank you for your message. Please be advised that the above file is currently undergoing routine background checks and you will be advised if any additional information is required.

Looks like they are going to delay in sending me the PPR. I think most of the people with the same timeline as me got the PPR. Should I call for caips? Will there any issue in my application?

The reply shows that routine BG checks are still undergoing and as soon as VO gets the green signal you'll get PPR. No need to apply for caips as you'll get nothing much in it. Every case is different from other that has been observed on this forum. Wait for 1-2 week and you'll get PPR-1. Don't send multiple CES's as it may irritate VO. Once in a month would be ok.

The reply shows that routine BG checks are still undergoing and as soon as VO gets the green signal you'll get PPR. No need to apply for caips as you'll get nothing much in it. Every case is different from other that has been observed on this forum. Wait for 1-2 week and you'll get PPR-1. Don't send multiple CES's as it may irritate VO. Once in a month would be ok.

I urgently need suggestions on my friend's case. She got her medical request on the 26th Oct 2012 and they have given her 30 days to get med done. The issue is that her husband works in Saudia and he has to go back by the 5th of Nov and IOM is giving her date for the 10th. I want to ask

1. is there any other way she can get appointment earlier? She is Karachi based
2. If she get her and her children med done on time and her spouse's later, how should she go about it.

Seniors pls help her with valuable suggestions

Tell IOM representative her position, You can also ckeck with Islamabad or Lahore office.
She can have her and her children's medical in one go and her spous afterwards but within the stipulated time.
She just need to have appointment for the persons whose MR is to be done. Take the MR of those persons.

I would suggest to ask your friend that her husband should delay his departure untill their Meds are done. Change in KSA air ticket should not cost him more than 5000 PKRs which is far better option rather checking early availability in LAHORE or ISLAMABAD.

His schedule cannot be changed and the IOM is not giving appointment for him and anyone in the family before 10th. Does she has an option to ask CIC to extend date for his med?
