Between July and October this year, I have been asked three times to submit extra documents and new PCC, But for the last 7 weeks I did not receive any feedback!!!!!!

What should I do????

Officially the LVO should process your application within 18 month. When was your application transferred to LVO?

You must raise a CSE in an assertive way asking for status of your application and reason for such delay. Also please get GCMS notes as well. In the same time, check throughly from your side for any correspondences you may have missed from them. Good luck.
 
I have been issued with the canada visa for myself and my family, the expiry is mentioned as 22-Aug-2016. is there any problem if I stay until June 2016 and i enter Canada only on July 2016 middle ?....seniors pls reply.
 
Received GCMS notes today after one month exactly. Since I've already received PPR, it was very interesting to see the path the file has followed up till now. I'm happy to see their positive comments, so I'll just copy here for the heck of it :D

File reviewed Forms dated Nov/14 Dependents: married (first for both); 3 children under 18 yoa – accompanying, BC x 5; MC; ppt biopage x 5 on file. Education; employment; language docs – no apparent concerns. PA and spouse both speak excellent English – IELTS on file. PA’s experience makes sense in light of career progression; good docs submitted; worked for a known company; references found to PA at Company XXX in a senior role on internet. No apparent concerns. PA states family in Canada; not verified as points suffice. Satisfied PI secures sufficient units under IPRA. POF met. Eligibility passed.

This summary note was generated on the date we received our request for medical, RPRF etc. Points to note: (1) they didn't verify our relative's status, as points came to 68 without relative. I guess they only do when otherwise points are either clearly insufficient, or in doubt. (2) working for a known company, easily verifiable on the internet, is an obvious plus. They likely don't verify through other means if the experience in verifiable through the internet. (3) We had applied previously in 2010 for FSW which got returned due to Job Description mismatch, and we had mentioned the same in our file while applying this time. They have noted elsewhere in the notes that "Previous FSW refusal - acknowledged on forms". So they are pretty thorough in verifying your past and present history.

Is this normal ?? i have no information about my Visa officer .

From the timeline on GCMS, it does appear that LVO is in an expediting mode for finalizing applications. There's a time diff of approx two months between two subsequent steps from their side.
Here's the timeline:

PER: 12th Feb 2015
File sent to LVO from CIC: 20th Feb 2015
File registered at LVO: 3rd March 2015
File assigned to a Visa Officer: 29th May 2015
Request for Medicals (By which time all background checks were passed): 30th July 2015
Medicals and RPRF fee recorded in system: 2nd September 2015 (Medical was done on 19th Aug)
Passport Request: 1st December 2015
