I have applied under FSW 2014 in July,2014 and recently received request from LVO via email to provide the following:

1.) PCC (from all countries I resided since 18th birthday)

2.) Explanation from myself regarding my intent to reside in Canada with documentary evidence.

Regarding point#2, kindly advise what documentary evidence can be provided under such situation and has anyone ever face the same situation?

To elaborate further, I am an ex-PR of Canada having received PR status in January, 2009 but couldn’t settle as I was married later in 2010 and couldn’t leave my wife alone for long time taken to sponsor her. Therefore, I sent my PR card to CIC for final cancellation in 2014 and reapplied again with my family at the same time.

Your timeline and my timeline are almost similar with slight difference of application reaching at CIO and slight difference of NOC, your NOC is 3-011 whereas mine is 011-3.
Who is your VO. is it DRD or RFI?
Moreover from where did you submit your application? From Pakistan or outside of Pakistan?
