I got my eCAS updated as Decision Made with the following line added

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I also received an email from RIH (with PPR2 instructions in attachment as 6-pages PDF) a couple of days back with the following line:

Your visas have been issued, please find attached the email

I've submitted my passports + photos via TCS at the following address:

VPU Processing (LDN)
Immigration Section
Canadian High Commission
Sector G-5, Diplomatic Enclave
Islamabad, Pakistan

Letter also warn that one should expect to be without passports for 4 weeks. CIC also advice applicants to contact IOM's Cultural Orientation Abroad (COA) via their Email
Congrats Dear -
what I understand that you had already subitted Passports, am i correct?
Bcoz then your line stating "Visa has been issued,,,,,,,," makes sense as they already have your passports with them.

Anyhow, as far as you have dispatched passports and they are valid, I believe you will recieve back your PPs soon.
Good luck

Dear, DD and CC online both are OK.
CC is also safe - as you first need your bank to open it for the purpose (which is by amount and time) and it on-line let you land on CIC reciept and you have to simply take out print and send to VO.
DD is fine too other than that it may take longer as VO will send to bank for crediting.

Good luck

I will be getting my medical done today and will pay the RPRF as well. As I understand we can pay the RPRF online and then print the receipt, scan it and send it to the assigned visa officer (who sent the MR email) by email. Is this correct?

Or do we have to send the receipt via CSE?

TIA
Dear just a list below of To Dos;

1. Pay RPRF Fee and print the reciept, if by Credit Card (preferred mode to be quicker). Anyone, can pay on your behalf.
2. Updated Information Chart - fill it and make sure that passport you mention has at least 2 month validity OR I suggest to get renewed and mention that in the Form. In any case dont forget to attach copies of passports (It would be PPR1 too).
3, Send CC reciept and the form back to the email as sent you MR, RPRF etc (also mention your medical date on which it is scheduled).

4. Put reciept, Updated chart with PP copies - make a cover letter and send by courier to VO. (also write your application No. on the courier envelop).

You can always update via CSE and I did that too ;D
Note: You need not to wait for medical to be done to send above all. (If God forbidden pops up any issue in medical, RPRF is refundable. But sending early will save time).

Good luck

Thank you for the above suggestions.I have following concern:

I have not got any request for the updated information chart. Does everyone get a request to submit updated forms? If yes then when can I expect for the updated forms request?

Hi all,
It is decision made on my application. No passport request yet ... few days back i just received an email that your application is in final processing and in order to continue please refer to attached document but attached document was not opening.

Today, when I checked my E-cas, it is showing decision made.

Hope for good!!!!

From last Wednesday to today, I have sent number of emails to LVO but getting no response. What I should do now???

We considered the attached document as a PPR1 and sent the bio page and information chart but every time email is bouncing back that mailbox is full

Any suggestion?Huh anyone have an email address of KKB?Huh

Today I received an email from the London. They have re-attached the document to refer and surprisingly and interestingly this was not the PPR1 but PPR2.. they have requested me to submit my passports to Islamabad within 30 days.

Eid mubarak to All!!!!
Hi,
Congrats - as now VO asks for MR, RPRF & updated chart, it is PPR1, which has to be followed by PPR2, so great that you got through.
Did you got your passports back. I believe you sent CHC ISB?
You were asked through email to adress of PHEP LDN or VPU LDN unit? I believe both have different pace of working.
Good luck

You have recieved emails for MR? every family member named email will come separately and another separate email addressed to Principal Applicant stating RPRF, Updated chart. It comes within a day of medical emails., check your spam folder, as it someties go there and you need this email to reply back as well link to CC online payment.

(if they have asked for MR & RPRF and have not attached the chart form. then even put copies of pp and a cover letter mentioning.)

I miss typed validity of passport in earlier posts - it should be valid for 12 month to avail max time between visa issuance and landing in canada.

Good luck

I am the only applicant in my case and yes I just received MR & RPRF email from the visa officer and then another email with the MR form. No other charts or forms for updated information was attached. Am I missing on something? Can you be more specific about the cover letter, I mean what should be mentioned?

for Pakistani applicants the visa is being issued from Islamabad or abu dhabi? I heard many paki applicants have sent passports to abu dhabi to get visa stamped?

Thanks amirsrima!

No! I received that email when they asked for original passports (PPR-2). At that point, my passports were still with me.

Someone told me that LVO actually issue visas (stickers) and send them to Islamabad VO. I've sent them passports on Saturday (22nd Nov) via TCS courier.

Hope I get my passports asap! Inn Sha Allah

Hi, the ECAS status was updated this morning with Decision Made and the following two lines were added:

Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Does this mean that I am through the whole process? What is the chance of being rejected at this stage?

I know that the Consulate will be requesting the passport for stamping. Does anyone know when would that happen? How long does the process take in case I am not rejected? Does the Consulate request the passport via letter post or email? I am currently working offsite in the Gulf, instead of in Dubai. Moreover, I will be travelling to Asia and North America from 15 December to 15 January for Christmas and Western New Year. I definitely need my passports during that time. Any suggestions?

Congrats , you are almost done, just wait for passport request, once you receive it, send it immediately. Regarding your travelt o Asia & North America, All I would say your priority should be to get your canada immigrant visa stamped on your passport, and once it is done, then make other plans...Dont mix them up & making it difficult for self.
Best of Luck..
