Hi All,

I have noticed that in some health related professions, immunization record for adults is required, which includes
A satisfactory medical exam.
An up-to-date immunization record including tetanus and diphtheria, polio, measles, mumps, rubella, varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B (incl. Hep B titre within the last 24 months) and TB skin test.

It is also required for getting traing in health related fields as well.

Anyone has idea how to arrange for such an immunisation record for Adults especially in Gulf.

Hi All,

My DD was paid out on 4th July and I received PER on 8th August 2014 but have not heard back anything after that. The ECAS status also has remained the same i.e. "we received your application for permanent residence on May 7, 2014". Looking at the spreadsheet applicants whose applications were received in 2nd and 3rd week of May or even in some cases June applicants have received medical requests in the past 1 month or so.
Should I now be contacting the London visa office to inquire about my application status or has anyone else in the timeline already contacted and heard back from them. Please advise.

wait with patience, London visa office is very unpredictable, and files are processed not on the basis of first come first serve , rather on their discretion. Many of FSW 2013 including me are waiting for more than 14 months since PER with no MR request as of now.
At this point, you dont need to contact LVO, Wait with patience.

I do not know about how to obtain PCC from Embassy in Saudi Arabia but for Pakistan PCC, you only require ONE. Not from each city (Lahore & Islamabad), PCC represents country wide clearance certificate, not a city specific.

Guys PCC from Pakistan does not represent clearance from all cities. I got the PCC from Rawalpindi which if issue for District Rawalpindi. Lahore city does not lie under the Rawalpindi district.

You are not supppose to obbtain PCC from each city you lived in. When you are applying for police clearance certificate, it is usually been issued by IB branch ( although you apply via local police station), They verify your security/criminality on country wide basis and their report do NOT represent your security clearance in one particular city.

To give you an example, People living in Abu Dhabi are applying to local police station for PCC, when it is issued it does not include only Abu Dhabi emirates security clearance but whole UAE, although it is issued by Abu Dhabi police but it is verified from Ministry of Interior & intelligence services , bases on their criminal record access.

Further, no where in CIC application you would find asking them PCC for each city, rather it is PCC from each country you lived in for more than 6 months.

People living in USA, are applying through FBI, it also represents country wide security clearance certificate (not a state or city)

You were issued PCC from rawalpindi district but it represents Pakistan Police clearance certificate (NOT A RAWALPINDI POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE- Issuing authority was RWP local authority/police/IB)

No need to confiscate it..

First para States sent it by email and following para indicates send by courier.
Any suggestions pls

New Schedule A/Background Declaration form for yourself since the age of 18. This form must be fully complete. Each month must be accounted for and listed. (You submitted a form with missing information – this document can be scanned to expedite this process)

Please forward all requested documents together to the address below within 15 days from the date of this email. If we do not hear from you within that period, your application will be assessed on the basis of the information on file and your application may be refused. Please allow four months for us to review incoming correspondence. All documents submitted in support of your application are subject to verification with the issuing authority. Please do not contact us unless there are significant issues which need to be brought to our attention. Please quote your file number on all correspondence, including the envelope. Your file number is included in the subject field of this email.

Thanks for the reply. I had sent PCC with the application itself and they did not ask me about any updated forms. Do they ask updated forms for every applicant, even when the forms sent along with the app were complete?
