i comitted a mistake of visa office instead of London visa office i mentioned nova scotia either it is due to this??? then who charged my DD

i had applied my case under the category of federal skilled workers of NOC code 2263 in may 29 2014 . since then i was waiting for CIC contact but i couldn't get any notification. then I checked the status of my DD.. through bank they gave the information. it has been charged on 21st Oct.. i was so happy that i got it and will get the email from CIC section soon. unfortunately i still didn't get any response. Yesterday my whole application package came back without demand draft, no notification, no objection from CIC. I am so surprised that if my DD was charged then i should get any notification from CIC office.
but the application came back with out any objection is indicating what????? that some of my requirement were missing or what???? now where should i ask about reimbursement of my DD. I am so worried and really want your expertise. please guide me in this regard. I mean how is this possible that DD is charged and app came bak without any notification. i have tracked it on Fedex D. Stephonson has signed to accept it. my app was stamped with CIC Sydeny, C/O Mail Room. and on envelop the sender adress is following

196 Gerge ST Sydney NS BIP
1J3 Canada

Your application is returned & DD is encashed...this is strange. Re-check your bank again & you can also write email to CIC

The working procedure changes time to time. May be they have requested to expedite the process..

Bro,
1) the immigration visa is valid for one year from the date of medicals submitted/uploaded to VO, or any of your passport expiry date whichever is earlier. For example, if your depended's passport expires in 6 months, you all will get visa valid for 6 months, and you will have to land before expiry date mentioned in the visa.

2) No, Principal applicants should land then dependents can land later (within the validity of visa). But it is recommended that you all land together.

1 yr from medical upload???? But there were many applicants who got their mr long ago n they still havent recvd their visa. So are you sure it is 1 yr from medical uploaded??

Does it say anywhere on a letter or visa or somewhere?

his timelines:
applied on 11th july 2013
PER 11th oct 2013
2nd line ecas update: 6th March, 2014
Medical request: 28-Aug-2014
Medical Done: 25-Sept-2014
Passport request: 12-oct-2014
Passport submit: 23-oct-2014
Visa Stamped: 14 Nov-2014
Visa office London

You at least forward these things including birth certificate ASAP. In their reply CIC can ask you for additional documents if required.
