Hey Guys,
I hope you all are good :) Congratulations to all those who got updates and moved forward. As you all know, initial weeks are a lot busy after landing, so I am caught up in them, slowly, but steadily, things are settling now. Today I have signed apartment lease, Alhumdulillah. Yesterday cleared Written exam for Driving Test. Will be taking 4 or 5 lessons for G test just to know the rules etc and will take G test this month.

If you have any personal questions, or generic, do PM me, and I'll try to answer them as soon as I can.

Good luck to the rest of applicants.

Dear Mate

Congratulations , generally they will ask for PCC , updated proof of funds -(in rare cases) , MR + RPRF , or might demand new Schedule A form , if there is missing in form sent earlier

Stay Blessed

Eid Mubarak

Dear Mate
Wa Aleikum Assalam

Eid Mubarik to you and every one

Thank you for your wishes and prayers.

Original stamped Copy of COPR at times is demanded in Canada , in certain cases when an individual files Citizenship application , files an application with bank to get mortgage , migrates to another province etc.

Land lady of my sister , lost this , and got copy of this from CIC by paying CAD 450 / or CAD 350 , and waiting time was 65 days.
This was required at the time when she filed her application for mortgage of house , and citizenship

Stay Blessed

Sir

You need to declare and "Good To Follow" , and then at that time you can carry your stuff tax free
In absence of this , every thing will be taxed

Stay Blessed

thanks friend,

as per that "Tax & Duties Component:
The funds we bring inside Canada are Non-Taxable. It is only the 'interest' earned on that which is taxed. The moment our funds start accruing interest [while lying in a Canadian Bank a/c] the bank will start deducting tax 'on source'. The same applies for any 'investment' in Canada that we make with these funds.

Means we can take funds any time later as non-taxable?
