I was asked for PCCs as well.
Earlier, I submitted PCCs for me and my spouse
Before our marriage, my wife used to live in a diff city (I submitted her PCCs from both cities in october)

Now, I think I only need to submit her PCCs from current city i.e Karachi only.

U need to submit PCC's for all places where you & your spouse has lived more then 6 months. I have recently submitted 5 PCC's of myself and wife although LVO never asked me. However, after submission they have given me confirmation that PCC's have been added in my file ....

But do you think this is a standard way to ask for the mentioned documents ? by saying statements like:
" insufficient evidence that you are employed at this clinic "
or
"I am not satisfied that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement and a substantial number of the main duties"

Since i only provided experience letter paper in my initial application.

We submitted PCCs only for one city where we were living before moving to KSA. That's found OK for us.
