But i cannot send exact amount because my bank dont know how much beneficiary bank will deduct from the transaction . Now i am seriously worried about this issue. please advise me what should i do. Although i have informed lvo that i am sending 26 $ to avoid any unseen charges.
One more thing this is not a bank draft this is direct electronic transfer from my bank to their bank account.

Give instructions to your bank send the balance amount with charges type "our" in banking terms this means any charges for remitting bank and beneficiary banks to be deducted from your account.

Last notes written on 01.08.2013 (my PER date), in a nutshell ministerial instruction 8 file reviewed by case processing agent and met eligibility criteria.

Paper file history after august'13 was twice in April'14.

Dear Friends

I've just received email from LVO requesting passports, photos and updated information chart.

Once again, I would like to thank you everyone for all your help.

As usual, I have following doubts regarding the rest of the process now :
1. I think as I'm in UK and applied to LVO, there is no PPR1. right? As I've been asked to submit passports directly. Does my understanding correct?

2. They have asked to submit passports to Visa application Center (VFS Global). Do we have to take appointment for that? I'm not clear with the process although I've gone thru the link briefly. I think, someone who has gone thru the process already can guide me.

3. Last stupid question is regarding eye color. At the time of application in hurry, I've written my eye color as Black. Actually it's dark brown. Can I mention in updated information chart as brown now?? or I've to generate CSE for the same asking them for help??

2. You don't need appointment at VFS. CVAC will be inside VFS. Good luck.

3. There really is nothing as "black" eyes. Even the blackest eyes are really dark brown. Don't worry about it.

Dear i did same last time and told bank that i ll pay all charges. today i enquire bank why this happen, in responce they told me if i pay in CAD $ the reciever bank will again charge the banking charges from orignal amount. In the end they advised me to add few extra dollars to compensate the charges, which i did.
Now I am afraid that these extra charges might again delay my processing time:-(

It has been noted that you have paid in the form of electronic payment. We have reviewed our bank statement to confirm receipt of your payment and unfortunately although you have made a payment of $980, the actual amount which was received in our account was only $966.92 CAD due to the payment being subject to bank charges. As stated on our website: "Applicants will be required to pay all processing fees in Canadian dollars (payment amounts can be found on this processing fee page) and must pay the exact Canadian dollar amount. Please note that all additional bank charges must be paid by the payee/applicant."

At this time your application is on hold at our office and we kindly request that you make an additional payment for $13.08 CAD and forward a copy of the payment receipt by return email.

I am sorry that I could not help regarding your queries. From your text it is perceived that RPRF can be transferred to LVO account and it is acceptable. Would you please let me know where can I find the account details for LVO to transfer the RPRF. It might help me in future if I receive Medical and RPRF at later stage of the processing of my application.

"Dear Applicant,

Thank you for the submission. Further instructions will be issued in due course.

Yours sincerely,"

And he sent me email from his personal email ID.. with his name
