I believe , since this is Immigrant Visa , it is from Date Of Medicals , any how please check this from Visa Office

msaeed, actually this is my opinion, visa validity period is 1 year from the date of medicals. If your passport is expiring before this period then this time becomes the date of passport expiry.

Do renew your passports right after appearing for medicals and before you receive PPR. that was VO advise when I asked him during the interview.

I used to follow main FSW 2013 thread until a month ago. Due to my current busy work schedules, I am not able to follow main thread at all; the obvious reason is no updates for LVOians. But I am following this thread 100% mostly on mobile, therefore get lazy to post anything over here.

Anyways, considering current speed of LVO, I am seriously thinking to consider current job offers in UAE and may decide to switch my job in coming weeks/months. If LVO would have been working like NDVO, I would have never thought of changing my job at this stage.

Let's see how things work out in near future.

Need expert opinion from you guys on decoding GCMS Notes, what does PA- PUT AWAY mean in GCMS notes:

Location: PA - Put Away ..........>What this means?

Further on GCMS notes (Page 30):

Location = PA-Put Away

Gcms notes (page 32):

Its seems from the above that File is assigned to Visa Officer but is not currently under review. May be because that PCCs were not submitted along with the main application, that is why it is in "PA-Put Away" mode or due to some other reason?

I also have few new job offers to change my job which i really want to but I am just confused if I should change the job at this point or should I wait for the PPR and final processing from LVO... But we don't know the time frame and I don't want to go through this transition twice, its big headache and then have to inform LVO which can cause further delays...... Almost 3 months now after MR... I am also really thinking to send RFRP this week although LVO has not asked yet
