I can think of two possibilities

1) You may get MR along with additional docs request within the next 48 hours

2) You may get only additional docs request within the next 4 days, then after you submit your docs, 1.5 to 3 months you may get MR.

Congrats to all those who got good news today. I, too, have received the email for RPRF (no meds yet though). As promised earlier, I have defied all odds and paid for my RPRF online. I got the receipt and emailed it to LVO. Let's see what they say.

I don't think so , every Visa Officer has its own working style.
Some of applicants are stuck for more than 16 months after their medicals , and they go for repeat examinations - in NDVO this has happened with many , BINSON is an example of this , some Pakistani applicants , based in UAE with PVO are facing this issue

Lets hope for best - No final word over this , until one lands in Canada
