Appreciate anybody who can assist me with this.

Under the NOC I applied for (1123), since the past few months I have got an increment in salary in my current job (few months ago) and I'm also considering resigning from my current job and moving to another job (an off shoot of the NOC I applied for - 1124)

So far, I've received a PER in Jan 2015 and no further information after that. My question is - To whom do I send an update regarding these changes? My visa office is London.

Appreciate if anybody who's been through a similar scenario can advise how I could go about informing my visa office.

Please help, I would like to ask you how many days will LVO update the timeline of medical? Me and my family finished our medicals last April 6, 2015 but my timeline hasn't been updated yet. The test center said that they already uploaded the result last April 7th. Can anyone tell me how many days and what is the process?
