hi there,
Just recently done my medical and I will be sending all the require document next week PCC, RPRF etc that would be few days after 60days as asked by VO will that be a problem.

around fout people got their PPR1 request on the 14th September......my heartiest congratulations to them......and yes all of them are MI1 applicants and generally had their medicals in Jan/Feb/Mar ...... oh and two of them have JMR as their PA.....
this is a good news for all of us.....London Visa Office is begining to get active now.....lets hope and pray for all of us waiting for our turn....

1) Either JMR is taking 5 months to send PPR after medicals 'OR'
2) JMR is active and is finally sending out PPRs to his applicants?

I got a letter from LVO asking me to retest. LVO enclosed a sealed letter for my DMP. my DMP ensured that we dont have any problem in our health after our medical test. But now VO ask me to retest. What could be the reason? I am very worried about my health. Please share your thoughts.

Do you need to do the same tests or they want you to do Sputum test? Quite often they ask for sputum test if the X-ray is ambiguous.

I dont know what did they ask for because the letter for DMP is sealed and i am not allowed to open. I have to wait until MOnday. Pls pray for me.

may be its sputum test.
Sometime in V.D.R.L (Syphilis) test, patient value came close to Cut-off value which shows that may be patient has some Syphilis infection. there is advanced test for confirmation, RPR test, so it can be RPR test.

back ground check

dear all
i am new in this blog but i want to ask few question if anyone help me out.
i applied for Canada Pr under FSW and last month i got medical without interview. last week LVO has received my medical.
so now i am assuming that LVO will go through with my back ground check.
my question are
1. will UK credit history will be consider in back ground check.
2. my UK psw visa been refused to extent and voluntarily left uk on my own expense. will it affect me in back ground check.

before i left uk i have got my PCC and it was fine. i left UK in end of December 20009 and last week i checked my credit history and in there there is no Court Judgments & Decrees, no Insolvency Records and no CIFAS Fraud in my credit history report


i will be very thankful if any body guide me or share experience.

Welcome to the forum. First, could you please share your timeline incl. NOC so that others can benefit from your information?

As for your questions:

1.) Credit history is a report about your past borrowing and repaying, including information about late payments and bankruptcy and it is used to determine an individual's credit worthiness. This got nothing to do with any immigration issues and even if LVO is checking this (there is no proof that they actually are - please someone correct me if I am wrong) it is irrelevant for their purposes. You can have a low score credit when for example you borrowed too much money in the past but that is nothing illegal or criminal hence out of consideration for the LVO.

2) You did the right thing and left when your visa was not extended. As long as you are not breaking any laws, you have nothing to worry about when it comes to the background checks. As you already pointed out, your UK PCC is clear so there is little to fear regarding your security checks (assuming that you are a law abiding citizen per se).

hi! in what i've read from the request forms from LVO, you have to get your medicals done within 60 days from date of the medical request and the docs must be submitted within 90 days from the docs request. so if you're done with your medicals within 60 days then no problem at all. you may ask the seniors for expertise on this matter. goodluck!
