We are a family of 3 from Pakistan. My wife is the principal applicant with myself and our son as dependents under the EE FSWO. Got ITA on Feb 8, 2017. Below is our timeline:
eAPR: April 27, 2017
AoR: April 27, 2017
Meds Pass: June 27, 2017
IP1: June 27, 2017
NA: June 27, 2017
IP2: August 21-26, 2017 (not sure of the exact date checked on Aug 21 it said NA and then on Aug 26 it said IP so the change took place sometime in between)
The additional documents statues have been the following: (We did not provide any additional documents or raised a CSE)
i. April 27, 2017 to July 17, 2017: “The additional documents you provided being reviewed.”
ii. July 17, 2017 to August 6, 2017: “The additional document you provided have been uploaded”
iii. August 7, 2017 onwards: “We do not need additional documents.”
On July 27, 2017 while our application background check was at NA we called CIC to check about the status of our application. The agent informed us that our R10, A11 and criminality were all pending and that the case was transferred to London VO. This was very disturbing news that despite 3 months having passed from application date we still had basic check pending.
On August 28, 2017 I called again after the background check became” We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.”. The agent told us this time that since the case is with London VO she is unable to see the case file.
Whatever is happening to our case file and the information we are getting out of agents is very confusing. On one hand we are getting status updates and simultaneously being told our checks are pending.
Anyone with similar experience?

I applied on the 21st of February 2017, ordered GCMS notes and received them few days back(28 August). From my notes, it is obvious that my file has not been touched since June 15, Medicals.... Passed, Criminality.... Passed, Eligibility.... Met..... Security... Not started. In essence, I believe patience and prayers is the way forward. Hopefully, we will receive the PPR mail in due time!!

I wonder why they ask for Bio Page, color, height etc. Did you not give all this right at the start? I wonder why some people are asked this. Any ADR is bad news since it further delays the process!
MY PPR from London had an ANNEX A which asked me for all this information. I had to fill in eye colour, height etc and send it along with my PPR and passport for final stamping.
May be I would know if I order another set of notes. I prefer waiting at this stage but the initial assessment from analyst gave me a positive hope because CIO hasn't left any questionable element when forwarded to LVO ... Lets see
