Hello,
I am CEC inland. AOR- Nov 27.
Today I received an email from officer stating LOE required by my previous employer describing JOB DESCRIPTION. I claimed points for that job.
I worked in New Zealand. But my employer is no more responding to emails. What should I do now?
Please help @legalfalcon @EscoBlades

If you cannot get a work reference letter from your previous employer, you can explain it in LoE and provide documents such as the following:

1. Tax returns / assessments
2. Pay stubs
3. Offer letter / employment letter
4. Work reference letters from former supervisor / colleagues
5. Provide the correspondence you had with your employer
and any other documents that would substantiate your work and your job duties.

Hi, nothing is passed except medical. Yes, I am CEC Inland applicant.

I see thanks
Did order gcms note yet ??
Hey,
I received my GCMS Notes today. Its a whole long document. IRCC requested 2 ADRs from me- 1. My overseas job duties, 2. RCMP Fingerprint. I uploaded job duties but I did not get the RCMP check yet. But in my GCMS Notes, it does not show any concern regarding my previous job duties and it clearly shows "I have given job letters and everything and it is as same as the declared NOC Category". However Notes below states about RCMP
RECOMMENDATION: Review Required SUMMARY NOTES: CIO RECOMMENDATION: REVIEW REQUIRED – STAT QUESTIONS, PENDING RCMP SCREENING RESULTS. HOUSEHOLD BIOMETRIC RECEIVED – NRT A11.2: Appears Met R87.1: CEC MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS – Appears Met Ready to Finalize RPRF: Complete
My question is- does it mean, their main concern is towards the RCMP Check and not the previous job duties?
Please share some comments.

we need the entire note from the case analyst. What are the points they counted?

However, yes, you review required is because you answered 'yes' to any of the stat questions: refused visa in the past, hold government position, etc. It should not be a matter of concern.

Thanks you for your response. Yes, I had study permit refusal in 2012. Please see the full notes below and let me know about your insights.

They accepted your foreign work experience: CRS Foreign Work: 2 year(s)

you are fine with the points and elegibility:
minimum score for round: 472
CRS score at application (APR): 476

the review required is because of your 2012 study permit. But thats ok. They need to check it.

Thanks. Yes, I was quite worried about foreign work, as they asked for job responsibilities letter from my New Zealand employer again, but now I can see their attention is revolving around RCMP.
