I am going to apply for a new study visa. I have written detailed letter of explaination. In this LOE i explained why i could not travel to canada. Shoud i write another letter like SOP or LOE is enough. I was already issued visa. But i could not travel due to travel ban.plz guide. One letter or two?Another thing is that. Should i again mention everything that i mentioned in initial visa,like family ties?

You can travel, there is no such problem. Where are you traveling from? don't give reasons not to travel which holds no water.

I know there is a ban on inbound flights to KSA, but there is a ban on outbound flights as well?
