I think I saw someone mentioning on this forum that we need to address Case Officer, IRCC on LOE. Isn't it?

Not at all, you can address it to “Dear Batman“ and they still wouldn't care.

Hi,
Can someone please share a LOE format?

It is advisable to type a TABLE OF CONTENTS on the front page of your LoE.

It will facilitate the case officer to evaluate your file much more easily without much efforts.

Remember, the easier for case officer to read your file, more chances are there for you to get your file processed faster..

How long are people making these Letters? 20 pages? The LoE should be no more than a page or two. Why would you need a table of contents for that?

Hey Guys,
I have been asking this question on various thread but not getting the answer. I am waiting on FBI PCC, need extension to wait for it.
Where do one upload the LOE and supporting docs (Postal receipts etc that you initiated process on time)??
Is it where I am supposed to upload FBI PCC or there is a separate section??
Please reply.

I agree, no more than 2 pages of text. I had a lot of things to explain in my application, but I organized those into dot points under relevant headings (Personal history, Education, etc).

If you need to add a table of contents to your LOE, then you are writing too much. Stick to the facts. Be concise. Remember, a human has to actually read this, so make it easy.

When do we need LOE? If we are uploading docs do we have to explain about all uploaded docs??or any additional doc like gift deed affidavit bla bla??

I dont see the LOE on my application upload documents section yet, will it magically appear after I start uploading other docs or am I missing anything?
