going to apply visa soon under university/general category...my problem is my father dint have IT returns/pay slips. but he can sponsor me...consultant asked me to provide proof of funds..in this case he asked me to take FD for 6.5 lakhs for living expense,air fare(instead of GIC) by third party.
paid 8000$ as first year tuition fee / 13860$(actually denoted).
I personally applied for Edu loan last week(under processing) and bank manager is ready to give loan sanction letter anyway for 10 lakhs(not a fake one). consultant says,"loan letter wont work to apply visa,they will find "its a fake one",so take FD and show your father's proof/source of funds for second year ".
I have decided to put both FD(6.5 L) by third party and that loan sanction letter(10 L) as source for my education.WIll it work?
