Our LMO is supposed to be valid until October 16th. The work permit application was rejected once and we want to reapply. The question is: will the embassy be able use the LMIA as an argument to reject again. The speculation is the they might argue the our LMO is invalid and that we had to apply for the new on. It is also an issue the fact that the job offer is for low skill janitorial services and wage is (was) at the "prevailing rate". Treaky thing. Thanks in advance.
