LMO REFUSAL NEED HELP FOR OPTIONS

Second time apply LMO got letter from them said: depends on those PAY STUB i send to them my work hour are not enough 40 per week,so is not full time job.Therefor they will not issue a Positive LMO THIS TIME!
my work hour is not always 40 hour per week ,but is very close,like 35-37 hour per week.
and my WORK PERMIT is going to expired on AUG 15 2010

what i can do?

hello, when did your employer submit the lmo to the hrsdc? anyway i think you can still re-apply with the cover letter of your employer stating to promise that they will give you a full-time job once you got a positive LMO. what position did you applying for?
in case they re=apply it again make sure that you already submitted you extension of your status 30 days before August 15, 2010.
