ma'am/sir! i just wanna ask regarding my LMO, my agency told me that it has been applied since june 2012. but until now i haven't received any results. my agency told me that the problem is in canada embassy due to old policy which my LMO has been applied. the fact that canada is using the new policy right now. I also got my offer letter which is dated may 2012. I wanna know if is still valid.u!

if you file your application for your PR before 4th May than it's perfectly fine. If you didn't apply than the Job offer wont do the job as you need LMO.
