i got job offer last September and i submit my application to service Canada through agent. there is no news about that. but agent told me that they will issue it end of this month. what i am going to do now. please help

Your prospective employer should submit the LMO application together with the summary of recruitment efforts (advertising/recruiting Canadian Citizens or Canadian PRs). Neither you nor your agent can apply, not unless your agent is acting in behalf of your prospective employer. LMO apps usually takes about 6 to 8 weeks to process.
