I am currently in Canada with an extended Visitor VISA and am waiting for my PR to be processed. I am from Germany.
It just happened that I got a job offer and have a job offer as a digital version.
I have two options right now to apply for a work permit.
1: My employer would apply for a LMO
2: I would wait until the end of the year and apply for a work permit over the "young professional" program of the IEC.
My questions are:
1: What would be the next step to apply for a LMO and how does that work?
2: I finished my study (Master of Science) in November 2013. Would I be still eligible to apply for the "young professional" program?
I hope both questions are right in that thread.
