Well first guess depends if Boston Pizza or any other employer will apply for the LMIA for you and when they advertise the job nobody else who is a resident comes forward given needs to be an employer applying

She can apply, but remember she has to advertise the job to make sure no canadian wants it or can do it. Also the job admin assistant isnt really a job that is required in a gas station
